About Us

"Every Connection. Every Consumer. Every Location."

Connecting Every Corner

At Fibernet, we believe that no one should be limited by their geography when it comes to high-speed internet. That core belief drives our mission, which is summarized by our commitment: "Every Connection. Every Customer. Every Location."

We distinguish ourselves by offering a complete spectrum of internet solutions, ensuring we provide the absolute best fit for your specific needs. From delivering the blazing-fast, symmetrical speeds of Fiber Optic to urban homes and businesses, to utilizing reliable Cable and robust

Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) in developing areas, and providing essential Satellite connectivity to the most remote locations—we offer a solution for everyone.

Our goal isn't just to sell a product; it's to be the trusted partner that closes the digital divide. Whether you are a competitive gamer needing the lowest latency, a remote worker requiring unlimited cloud capacity, or a household outside of a major metro area, Fibernet has a service tailored to empower your life, work, and education. We are dedicated to delivering not just bandwidth, but the peace of mind that comes with reliable, world-class connectivity, wherever you call home.

We will get you and your family connected!

"Wired, Wireless, or Satellite, Speed, Value, and Reach: Choose Your Connectivity Solution."

Our mission is powerfully simple: Wired, Wireless, or Satellite, Speed, Value, and Reach: Choose Your Connectivity Solution.

We analyze your specific demands to deliver the right solution:

Wired (Fiber and Cable): Delivering uncompromising Speed and reliability for urban and suburban areas, built for high-demand work and entertainment.

Wireless (FWA): Offering incredible Value and fast deployment in areas difficult to reach with cables, providing a powerful alternative to traditional DSL.

Satellite: Providing essential Reach and connectivity to the most remote homes and businesses, ensuring no one is left offline.

With Fibernet, you don't settle for the only option; you choose the best option based on the balance of speed, value, and geographic reach you require.

We are your partner in connectivity, dedicated to finding the solution that truly works for you.

Whether you need the power of a professional setup or the ease of a quick activation, Fibernet has an installation option to fit you and your schedule.

Fibernet-style services typically offer two main installation paths for internet: a professionally managed installation and a quick self-activation or self-install option. Both are designed to get you online with stable performance; the difference is how much help you want and how much work happens on-site versus by you at home.

Professionally managed installation

A professionally managed install sends a trained technician to your home or business to handle all wiring, equipment setup, and testing. This is usually best if you are new to fiber, have a complex layout, or want maximum hands-on support.

Typical features:

  • Technician visit and site assessment
    • Confirms where service enters the building and the best location for the optical network terminal (ONT) and router.
    • Reviews the plan with you, including any drilling, wall plates, or cable routing needed.
  • Exterior and interior cabling
    • Runs fiber from the street or building distribution point to your unit, either overhead or underground, depending on existing infrastructure.
    • Installs or connects to a fiber terminal outside and a fiber jack or ONT inside, then links this to your router via Ethernet.
  • Activation, testing, and optimization
    • Activates your account, verifies sync and speeds on multiple devices, and checks signal quality (attenuation, light levels).
    • Helps with basic Wi‑Fi configuration, SSID/password setup, and confirms coverage in key rooms if time allows.
  • Time and scheduling
    • Commonly blocked as a 2–6 hour window depending on whether your address is already fiber‑ready or needs new cabling.
    • Usually requires an adult present for the whole appointment for access and approvals.

Best if you:

  • Prefer reliability and expert oversight over speed of setup.
  • Have a larger home, thick walls, or need clean routing for home offices or entertainment rooms.
  • Want a single point of accountability if anything doesn’t work on day one.

Fast self-activation / self-install

Fast activation options are designed for locations that are already wired for service, where turning internet on is mostly a matter of plugging in equipment and activating the account. This can significantly reduce wait times and eliminate the need for a technician visit.

Typical features:

  • Pre-wired or fiber‑ready address
    • The building or unit already has a live fiber jack, ONT, or network terminal installed by a prior tenant or build‑out.
    • Your role is to connect the provided router or gateway to that existing port.
  • Self-install kit
    • Usually includes a gateway or router, power adapter, Ethernet cable, and simple step-by-step instructions or app-guided setup.
    • Some kits also rely on QR codes or web portals to walk you through activation.
  • Quick activation process
    • You plug in the ONT or gateway, connect it to power and the wall port, then follow an online or app activation flow.
    • Service is often active within minutes to an hour once the device registers on the network.
  • Support and troubleshooting
    • Remote support can help confirm light levels, signal, and device registration if speeds or connectivity look off.
    • If a physical issue is detected (damaged jack, no signal), a technician visit may be scheduled as a backup.

Best if you:

  • Prioritize convenience and want to get online as quickly as possible, often without waiting for an appointment window.
  • Are comfortable connecting a few cables, logging into a web portal, and following on‑screen steps.
  • Live in an apartment/condo or newer home already prepped with fiber or Ethernet drops.

How to choose the right option

Both options are structured to minimize disruption and deliver a stable, high‑performance connection; the right choice depends on your home setup and comfort with technology.

Consider:

  • Your schedule
    • If it is difficult to be home for a multi‑hour window, self‑activation may better fit your timeline.
    • If you can block off a half‑day and want everything verified on-site, choose professional installation.
  • Complexity of your environment
    • Larger homes, older construction, or plans for multiple Ethernet drops benefit from a technician’s experience.
    • Smaller, modern units that are already wired are well suited for quick activation.
  • Desired support level
    • Professional installs provide more hands-on support, from Wi‑Fi placement advice to basic security and device setup guidance.
    • Self-activation still gives you remote support, but most of the initial steps are do‑it‑yourself.
